4. GPS & Location Accuracy

Our roadside assistance (SOS) service relies on GPS coordinates collected from your device. GPS accuracy depends on your device, signal conditions, weather and surroundings. Inaccurate location information may delay or prevent service delivery. You are responsible for providing the most accurate location details possible, including landmarks or additional directions that may assist the recovery operator.

5. Roadside Assistance Disclaimer

Any recovery response time referenced on our platform, including any response times displayed anywhere on the platform, is an estimated average only. Actual response time depends on traffic conditions, weather, road accessibility, operator availability, distance, emergencies and operational conditions. No response time is guaranteed.

Car Cure is not an emergency medical, police or fire response service. If you are in immediate danger or require emergency assistance, contact the appropriate emergency authorities immediately.

6. Pricing Disclaimer

Car Cure displays only indicative pricing on the platform. Actual pricing depends on the vehicle, part availability, supplier quotations, labour, location and service requirements. A final quotation is provided before any commitment is required. Car Cure does not process payments through the platform. All payments are handled offline after quotation acceptance. The website is not a payment gateway.

7. Spare Parts Disclaimer

Spare parts availability depends on our network of third-party suppliers. Compatibility depends on the vehicle information provided by the customer. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on your location and part availability. Any manufacturer or supplier warranties are provided solely by the relevant supplier or manufacturer. Car Cure is not responsible for administering, extending or enforcing third-party warranties unless otherwise required by applicable law.

8. Vehicle Care Disclaimer

Vehicle care services are coordinated through independent third-party providers. Pricing varies according to vehicle condition, vehicle type, requested services and inspection results. Service outcomes depend on the condition of the vehicle at the time of service.

9. Third-Party Services

Car Cure acts as an intermediary coordination platform connecting users with third-party suppliers, recovery operators and service providers. We facilitate and coordinate services on your behalf but do not directly manufacture spare parts or perform every service listed on the platform. Certain services may be performed by independent third-party providers. While Car Cure coordinates these services, those providers remain responsible for the performance of the services they deliver.

We do not control or guarantee the quality, safety, legality or performance of third-party services and are not liable for their actions or delays. The availability or functionality of third-party services may change without notice and may affect certain features of the platform.

Our platform integrates with the following third-party service providers:

- Google: Used for account sign-in, email delivery, embedded maps and web fonts.

- Supabase: Provides our database and cloud storage for uploaded images.

- OpenStreetMap / Nominatim: Used to convert GPS coordinates into readable addresses.

- Cloudinary: Used for video content delivery on select pages.

10. Embedded Google Maps

Some pages on our platform contain embedded Google Maps. When you visit a page with an embedded Google Map, Google may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type and device information in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

11. Uploaded Media

The Car Cure platform may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, security patches, technical failures or internet outages. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by website unavailability.

17. Internet & Network

Accessing the Car Cure platform requires an internet connection, a supported browser and a functioning device. Car Cure is not responsible for connectivity problems, slow internet or device failures outside its control.

Car Cure is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate GPS or location information, incorrect customer information, third-party supplier delays, recovery operator delays, service provider delays, internet failures, website downtime, supplier stock shortages, force majeure events or device failures.

Where you have made a payment for a specific service, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for that service. Where no payment has been made for the relevant service, Car Cure's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law.

Car Cure implements reasonable security measures to protect user data and platform operations. However, no website or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We cannot ensure the absolute security of data transmitted through our platform.

This includes ensuring adequate battery life, sufficient storage, updated operating systems and functioning camera or GPS hardware where required for platform features. Car Cure is not responsible for device malfunctions, screen damage, data loss or security vulnerabilities on user devices.
