1. Company Information

Car Cure is operated by Car Cure LLC, registered at G block, Al hail, Fujairah, UAE. For inquiries, contact admin@carcure.ae.

2. Services

Car Cure provides spare parts sourcing, SOS vehicle recovery coordination, vehicle care services, and professional auto maintenance and repair services. We act as an intermediary platform connecting users with third-party service providers, suppliers and operators. Our services operate on a request-based model where users submit service requests and our team coordinates with the appropriate providers to fulfil those requests.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access certain features, you must create an account. You may register using your email address and password, or sign in using Google. When registering, you agree to provide accurate and current information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately at admin@carcure.ae.

You may not create multiple accounts or transfer your account to another person without our written consent. We reserve the right to suspend or deactivate accounts that violate these Terms or are associated with fraudulent activity.

4. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using Car Cure, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Security & IP Address: We collect IP addresses for security purposes, including abuse control, account security, and fraud prevention. This helps protect both users and our platform from malicious activity.

5. How Our Services Work

Car Cure operates as an intermediary coordination platform. We facilitate and coordinate services on your behalf but do not directly manufacture spare parts or perform every service listed on the platform. Certain services may be performed by independent third-party suppliers, recovery operators and vehicle care providers. While Car Cure coordinates these services, those providers remain responsible for the performance of the services they deliver.

All pricing is communicated to you before any commitment is required. You are not obligated to proceed with any service after receiving a quotation.

6. Spare Parts

When you request spare parts, you submit details about the part you need including vehicle information, part description and any reference images. Our team reviews your request and sources the part from our network of suppliers. You will receive a quotation including part pricing, delivery fees and estimated timeline. Payment for spare parts is handled offline after you approve the quotation. Delivery timelines depend on your location and part availability.

Cancellation of a spare parts request may be accepted before the part has been sourced or dispatched. Once a part has been sourced and dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

7. Roadside Assistance (SOS)

When you submit an SOS request, we collect your GPS location and vehicle details to dispatch a recovery operator to your position. A complimentary initial vehicle inspection is provided upon recovery. A detailed cost estimate is communicated after inspection, and your approval is required before further work is carried out.

Response Time Disclaimer: The "30-minute" recovery time referenced on our SOS recovery service is an average estimate under normal circumstances. This estimate is not a guarantee and may vary significantly based on factors including but not limited to: traffic conditions, weather, distance from the nearest available unit, road accessibility, time of day and operational constraints.

SOS recovery services are non-refundable once dispatch has been initiated. Service availability may vary depending on your location within the UAE.

GPS & Location Accuracy: GPS accuracy depends on your device, signal conditions and external factors. Inaccurate location information may delay or prevent service delivery. You are responsible for providing the most accurate location details possible, including any additional landmarks or directions that may assist the recovery operator.

8. Vehicle Care

Vehicle care plans are offered in Silver, Gold and Platinum tiers with indicative pricing displayed on our platform. Final pricing may vary depending on vehicle details, location and service requirements. Our team reviews your request and contacts you with a detailed quotation.

Vehicle care plans may be cancelled within the first 30 days for a pro-rata refund. Payment for vehicle care services is handled offline after you approve the quotation.

9. Pricing & Payments

Car Cure does not process payments through the platform. All financial transactions are handled offline between you and Car Cure or the relevant service provider. Pricing information displayed on the platform is indicative and may change based on vehicle details, part availability, service requirements and location.

Any pricing or payment terms will be communicated to you directly before any commitment is required. You are not obligated to proceed with any service after receiving a quotation.

10. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms depend on the nature of the service:

- Spare Parts: Cancellations may be accepted before the part has been sourced or dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

- SOS Recovery: SOS recovery services are non-refundable once dispatch has been initiated.

- Vehicle Care: Vehicle care plans may be cancelled within the first 30 days for a pro-rata refund.

Refunds, where applicable, are processed based on the nature of the service and the stage at which cancellation was requested.

11. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

You agree to use the platform lawfully and responsibly. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

- Submitting false or fraudulent SOS requests or spare part requests.

- Submitting fake, misleading or dishonest reviews.

- Uploading malicious files, viruses or harmful content.

- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform, other accounts or connected systems.

- Using bots, automated scripts, scraping tools or automated data extraction methods to access or interact with the platform.

- Impersonating another person or entity.

- Sending spam, unsolicited communications or abusive messages.

- Interfering with or disrupting the operation of the platform.

- Violating any applicable laws or regulations.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account and, where applicable, referral to the relevant authorities.

12. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate vehicle, contact and location details. Car Cure is not liable for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information submitted by users, including delayed or failed service delivery due to inaccurate location data.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. You must not share your account credentials with others or allow others to use your account.

13. User-Generated Content & Uploads

Our platform allows you to upload content including vehicle photographs, profile photographs, spare part reference images, SOS damage photographs and reviews. You retain ownership of content you upload.

By uploading content, you grant Car Cure a limited licence to use that content solely for the purpose of operating and delivering the services you have requested. This includes sharing relevant images with service providers as necessary to fulfil your request.

All uploaded content is subject to moderation. We reserve the right to remove content that is unlawful, offensive, violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and must ensure it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

14. User Reviews & Moderation

We reserve the right to review, approve, reject, or remove any user-submitted reviews or testimonials at our sole discretion. Reviews that are deemed false, misleading, offensive, irrelevant, promotional, or in violation of applicable laws may not be published or may be removed without notice.

Submission of a review does not guarantee its publication on the platform. All reviews are subject to moderation before appearing publicly.

Users who submit reviews agree to provide genuine and honest feedback based on their actual experience with our services. Reviews may be edited for formatting or moderation purposes without changing their intended meaning.

15. Geographic Service Scope

Car Cure's services are intended primarily for users located within the United Arab Emirates. Service availability, response times and coverage areas may vary depending on your location. Certain services, including roadside assistance, may not be available in all areas.

16. Notifications & Communications

You may receive service-related communications from Car Cure, including account verification emails, password reset links, service quotations, order updates, roadside assistance notifications and customer support responses. These communications are transactional and necessary for the operation of your account and service requests.

These emails are sent only in response to your actions and are not used for marketing purposes unless you have separately opted in to receive marketing communications.

17. Third-Party Services

Car Cure relies on third-party providers to operate the platform and deliver services. These include:

- Google: Used for account sign-in, email delivery and embedded maps.

- Supabase: Provides our database and cloud storage for uploaded images.

- OpenStreetMap / Nominatim: Used to convert GPS coordinates into readable addresses.

- Cloudinary: Used for video content delivery on select pages.

We are not responsible for the independent services, policies or practices of third-party providers. Where your data is shared with a third-party provider to fulfil a service request, that provider handles your data in accordance with their own privacy policy. The availability or functionality of third-party services may change without notice and may affect certain features of the platform.

18. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including but not limited to the website design, logo, branding, trademarks, service marks, trade names, graphics, icons, images, videos, code, user interface, documentation and written content, is the property of Car Cure or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display or exploit any content from this platform without prior written permission from Car Cure.

19. Warranty Disclaimer

Services are provided on an "as available" basis. Car Cure does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by law, all warranties, conditions and representations, whether express or implied, are disclaimed.

Third-party suppliers and service providers may offer separate warranties for their products or services. Any warranty applicable to a specific product or service will be communicated to you at the time of purchase or service delivery.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Car Cure shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Where you have made a payment for a specific service, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for that service. Where no payment has been made for the relevant service, Car Cure's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law.

Car Cure is not liable for delays, failures or damages resulting from:

- Inaccurate GPS or location information provided by users.

- Actions or omissions of third-party suppliers, recovery operators or service providers.

- Service interruptions, network failures or internet outages.

- Incorrect or incomplete information submitted by users.

- Force majeure events as described below.

21. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Car Cure, its officers, directors and staff harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, expenses and reasonable legal fees arising from your misuse of the platform, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law or regulation, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

22. Force Majeure

Car Cure shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather conditions, government actions, strikes, internet or network outages, power failures, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, governmental restrictions, pandemic-related restrictions or failures of third-party service providers.

23. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you violate these Terms, misuse our services or engage in fraudulent activity.

You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at admin@carcure.ae. Upon termination, your right to access and use the platform ceases immediately.

We may retain certain information where required by applicable law or for legitimate business purposes, including fraud prevention and legal compliance, after termination of your account.

24. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, upgrades, security updates or technical issues. Services may also be modified, suspended or discontinued at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by service interruptions.

25. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Emirate where Car Cure is registered.

26. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

27. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Car Cure regarding the use of the platform and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

28. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Car Cure may assign its rights and obligations without restriction.

29. Waiver

Failure by Car Cure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. No waiver shall be effective unless made in writing.

30. Electronic Communications

By using the platform, you consent to receiving electronic communications from Car Cure, including service-related emails, account notifications and responses to your enquiries. These communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

31. Privacy Policy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

32. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
